In August 2022, Sergei was sentenced to 15 days of arrest for a repost from a telegram channel recognized as an extremist formation in the Republic of Belarus.

But after the administrative arrest, Sergei did not leave the IVS: he was charged with criminal article 130. As it became known, the case was already going to court, forensic examinations were carried out — but suddenly the man was charged with another criminal article. This time according to Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Dmitry lived in Ukraine for a long time, and in 2019 he married a Ukrainian woman there. No facts were found, but Dmitry was transferred from the temporary detention facility to a pretrial detention center and a case of "mercenarism" was opened (Article 133 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). Later, the article was reclassified, and in March 2022, he was convicted of "participation in military actions on the territory of a foreign state without the authorization of Belarus." During his stay in the pretrial detention center, Dmitry's daughter was born.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the winter of 2024, having fully served his sentence.

According to the prosecution, in September 2020, Kolpak publicly posted "negative comments addressed to police officers, civil servants, and government officials in a Telegram chat, inciting and calling for violence against members of the aforementioned social groups." He was also accused of repeatedly posting text articles in a Telegram chat in Minsk from August 8 to September 28, 2020, in which he called on drivers to create traffic jams, sabotage work, and protest, including by blocking traffic.

According to the prosecution, no later than 14:39 on February 27, 2022, the man sent a photo of the bulletin with two checkmarks to the NEXTA telegram bot. Thus, according to the prosecution, Sergey committed a crime under Part 1 of Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Promotion of extremist activity).

Yuri is accused of the fact that on January 25, 2022, from his mobile phone “in order to humiliate the honor and dignity of the head of state, guided by base motives” in one of the online communities, he wrote a comment about Lukashenko: “He organized terrorism and genocide in the country, and also "were engaged in occupation."

According to linguistic expertise, this comment “has a negative assessment of the activities of the head of state, which is not true.”

It is known that the man is 39 years old, he is from Ivanovo, a builder by training. Before his arrest, Yuri lived and worked in Russia for several years and visited Belarus on vacation.

According to human rights activists, he was released in early spring 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

Dmitry was accused of sending photos and videos of military equipment with comments to the «Nexta» chat-bot in a telegram.

On February 12, 2022, he sent a video showing an unmarked plane flying at night, and he made a similar video on February 27. On March 3, Dmitry took off a tanker truck with the identification mark «V». On March 17, he sent a photo and video where something was allegedly launched from Baranovichi towards Ukraine.

None of these materials, as well as textual information, have been published in the «Nexta» channels.
