The Pervomaisky District Court of Minsk sentenced Sazonov to 13 days of arrest for participating in a protest against the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and Vasilevsky to 15 days.

The essence of the accusation is still unknown. It is likely that it concerns the transfer of personal data of security officials to protest chats.

According to human rights activists , he was released on September 9, 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

The reason for the criminal case was a video recorded by Yuri in the Tik Tok. According to Yuri's explanations, on October 5, 2022, he called the local district police officer Dmitry Tiunov to help resolve a family conflict. The district police officer promised to come, but did not do it. On emotions (and being drunk), Yuri recorded a video where he said that the police were working poorly, and insulted Tiunov.

In January 2025, he was released after serving his full sentence as determined by the court.

Rodion lived abroad for some time in several countries, and then decided to return to Belarus.

He was soon detained by the GUBOPiK. The comments that the GUBOPiK accuses him of are dated 2020.

It is possible that the guy was identified long ago and a case was opened against him, but they waited until he returned to Belarus to detain him. The security forces claim that "he faces 5 to 12 years in prison" - probably referring to a criminal case for "inciting hatred and enmity."

Grigory returned to Belarus in March 2022, where he was detained. The reason for the return was the mother's illness (cancer was found), and then the cancer was found in the father.

As aggravating circumstances, they are asked to take into account a recent conviction under Article 149 of the Criminal Code, and as a mitigating circumstance - the presence of a dependent small child.

On 02/03/2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.

Since the end of October 2022, the man was held in custody, a month later he was transferred to house arrest. After the verdict of the district court, they were taken into custody again.

A criminal case was opened because of the incident with the national flag of the Republic of Belarus.

According to the prosecution, one day a company of 5 people gathered on the porch of the village council in Obrovo (Ivatsevichi district), among those gathered was Alexey. The guys were drinking and suddenly Alexey decided to climb up the drainpipe and remove the national flag. At the same time, the man broke the pipe, and put the flag on the porch. A girl from the same company raised a flag and put it against the wall.

Representatives of the prosecution qualified this story as an outrage against the national flag of the Republic of Belarus.

In the fall of 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.

That day, Alexander and a friend went to visit and got tipsy. We went out into the street and talked about political topics. Then a woman approached, made a remark and sharply demanded to shut up.

As it turned out later, this second woman called the police with a message that “there is a company of 8 people in the yard, they are scolding the authorities, calling Lukashenko a traitor and a fascist.” After 23 minutes, police appeared in the yard and took Trush and his friend to the police station.

On January 13, 2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict came into force.

Alice is accused of one telegram message written on the evening of February 28, 2022 (on the 4th day of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine).

The comment was written in the telegram chat «Belaruski Gayun Chat» (a chat associated with the channel Belaruski Gayun», which tracked the movement of Russian troops on the territory of Belarus). The text contains the word «rats», and the state prosecution interprets this as referring to Lukashenko. In addition, at the trial, the prosecutor pointed out that this word is profanity.

According to human rights activists, she was released on August 18, 2023 after the expiration of her sentence.

According to the materials of the criminal case, Alexei Mikhnyuk from an unidentified device in extremist chats on Telegram repeatedly posted messages that contradicted universal morality, and at the same time containing statements expressed in an indecent form, humiliating the honor and dignity of Alexander Lukashenko. The accused also posted insults against the press secretary of the head of the presidential administration, Natalya Eismont.

During the trial, Mikhnyuk admitted his guilt in his crime and repented.

According to human rights activists, he will be released in the spring of 2024 , having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

At the beginning of the trial, Sergei Matyukhevich was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code for messages on the Internet. However, under Article 369 of the Criminal Code, the judge released the man from punishment: the statute of limitations had expired. But under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code, Sergei was found guilty.

As the prosecutor reported in a video broadcast by state media, Matyukhevich was accused of using his phone and the Internet to incite citizens to use violence against security forces on July 15, 2020.

On 13.01.2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

Sergei has two young sons. The youngest was born while Sergei was in prison awaiting trial.
