Strelchenko found Ruslan Parfenov guilty of crimes under Part 1 of Article 13 and Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, and sentenced him to five years in prison in a high-security colony. Ruslan was accused of making metal “hedgehogs” to stop the traffic of law enforcement agencies. He pronounced a verdict in the case of Lyubov Arbuzova, who was accused of committing a crime under Article 391 of the Criminal Code “Insulting a judge or people’s assessor” for a comment on social networks. Strelchenko sentenced the woman to one and a half years of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility. He also decided to confiscate the accused’s mobile phone as a means of committing a crime.

Igor Shukanov was demonstratively and harshly detained on August 1, 2024. The GUBOP came for him from Minsk. He was detained right at his workplace. Then, in a factory UAZ-Patriot, he was taken outside the plant's checkpoint. Not far from the bus stop, in the parking lot near the main checkpoint of the plant, where there were people at the time, the GUBOPikovites staged a demonstrative beating of Shukanov - they pulled him out of the UAZ, threw him face down on the asphalt, pressed his knee on his head, and handcuffed him.
It is noteworthy that on the morning of that day Igor was tried under an administrative article for disseminating "extremism." He was given a fine and released - only to be arrested a few hours later.

Vladimir is a blogger and author of the YouTube channel MozgON. He started by discussing economic and social news, later moving on to political topics, covering various actions, including pickets of Sergei Tikhanovsky.
In June 2020, he was detained to serve an administrative arrest, but was later accused of preparing "mass riots" and convicted in the "Tikhanovsky case." According to human rights activists, the defendants in the case are required to pay compensation in the amount of 29 million rubles.
In 2022, Vladimir was transferred to prison regime. In 2023, he was tried twice for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution." In the fall of 2023, a third court hearing was held on a new case for "malicious disobedience."
As can be seen from Anastasia's social networks, she was a professional photographer, doing custom photo shoots. Her last online activity was in January 2025.
The trial will take place at the end of February 2025.
Andrei was convicted for a comment he left on VKontakte about a government official, as well as for possessing a small amount of gunpowder left over from his hunting days. He was sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral.
It is known that on October 30, 2022, the political prisoner was detained in a penal colony and tried under an administrative charge for "disseminating extremist materials."
In June 2023, the court toughened the punishment, and Andrei was transferred to a penal colony for one year.
According to human rights activists, Andrei was released in the summer of 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Ruslan, a member of presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's initiative group from Mozyr, was arrested on August 19, 2020, one day after completing a 10-day administrative arrest for participating in an unsanctioned mass event. During his initial arrest, BT and ONT television channels aired reports claiming he was making "hedgehogs" to block police vehicles, but the video showed a different person.
Ruslan was later convicted in the case of “mass riots.”
According to human rights activists, he will be released in May 2025, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
