According to the indictment, Nikolai posted a video on his Instagram account in July 2021 in which he made comments about two police officers from the Berezovsky Department of the Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The video included their photographs. His actions were classified as a crime under the article "insulting a government official," as his verbal comments contained "indecent, derogatory, and negative assessments of the victims."

In November 2021, the court sentenced Nikolai to arrest and granted the claims for moral damages to each police officer.

He was released at the end of March 2022, having fully served his sentence.

Gennady was found guilty in October 2021 of "resisting a police officer or other person maintaining public order" and "insulting Lukashenko" for posting leaflets with the texts "Adolf Grigoryevich Lukashenko" and "We need a corpse in a king's clothes, not a living idiot at the helm."

He was released in December 2023, having fully served his sentence.

After his release, political persecution against Gennady continued, and he was forced to leave Belarus.

Andrei was found guilty of several criminal charges, including "insulting a government official," for tagging several posts containing "offensive" statements on the social network Odnoklassniki with a "like."

He was released in the winter of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Ruslan was arrested in October 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the article "assisting an extremist group," and convicted in January 2022 for a comment that, according to the prosecution, "incited other citizens to violent unlawful actions, including the use of weapons."

In August 2022, Ruslan faced another court hearing on charges of "desecration of state symbols" and "insulting a government official." He was sentenced to a combined three-and-a-half years in a general regime penal colony.

He was released in December 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Alexander, a former officer who condemned security forces' violence after the 2020 elections, was arrested in Stolin on September 29, 2021, as part of a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in a Minsk apartment.

In September 2022, he was found guilty of inciting hatred or discord and sentenced to imprisonment.

He was released in August 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Dmitry was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. He was initially charged with "insulting a government official," but during the trial, it emerged that the charge was for "insulting Lukashenko" for a comment he made on August 12, 2020, on the social media platform VKontakte. At that time, Dmitry commented on the news under his own name on the TUT.BY page.

Daniil, a history student at the Belarusian State University, was detained on September 29, 2021, in Minsk in a criminal case opened for comments on the Internet after the death of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in a Minsk apartment.

Almost a year and a half later, he was found guilty of “inciting hatred or discord” and “participating in group actions that grossly violate public order.” The basis for the second charge was that during the protests, he bandaged the injured leg of a guy who had an injured ankle.

He was released in April 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Stepan was arrested in connection with the protests in Pinsk on the night of August 9-10, 2020, and convicted of participating in "mass riots." He was accused of attempting to hit police officers, as well as hitting a shield that hit the leg of police officer Polivoda.

At the trial, Stepan explained that he tried to pass by, but was pushed by a shield, he fell, and cut his knee. According to him, the gesture that looked like a throw on the video was actually an attempt to fix his sleeve.

He was released in February 2024, having served his entire sentence as determined by the court.

Dmitry was arrested and found guilty in September 2021 of "inciting racial, national, religious, or other social hatred" against police officers for an Instagram video calling for "beating up riot police" outside the Mogilev prison. His arrest was publicized in state propaganda, where he was labeled a football fan, something he denies.

He was released in September 2025, having fully served his sentence.

After his release, Dmitry was placed on one-year preventive supervision; police officers pressured him and staged provocations. Fearing re-arrest, he left Belarus.

Igor was convicted in September 2021 for comments left under a photo of a government official and a law enforcement officer on the social network Odnoklassniki and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

According to human rights activists, he was released in August 2023, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

Dmitry was a witness in the case of Brest political prisoners and bloggers Sergei Petrukhin and Alexander Kabanov, who were sentenced to three years in prison in April 2021. As he told Brest human rights activists, the criminal case against him was opened for refusing to answer questions from the judge hearing Petrukhin and Kabanov's case because the judge had failed to present his official identification. In September 2021, Dmitry was found guilty of "refusing or evading testimony" and sentenced to arrest.

He was released in February 2022, having fully served his sentence.

In December 2024, Dmitry was convicted again under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

According to human rights defenders, he was released in the spring of 2026 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

Vyacheslav was found guilty of damaging property and causing damage in the amount of 10 rubles 34 kopecks for painting a school fence, a kiosk, poles, and trees in a village on the outskirts of Mogilev with white and red stripes in December 2020.

He was released in the fall of 2021, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
