Nikita Kovalenko is an evangelical believer and a connoisseur of religious architecture.

Maxim, a member of the independent trade union Grodno Azot, was arrested on January 10, 2023, and later convicted for participating in protests in Grodno in 2020, as well as for reposting them on social media. He also allegedly insulted Lukashenko on Telegram channels, government officials, and police officers, while also sharing the information with the Belsat television channel.
On December 13, 2025, he was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.
He was accused of taking part in the “March for Freedom” in Minsk on August 16, 2020, the defendant fully admitted his guilt in court and repented. He explained that he "succumbed to the actions of the crowd." Evidence of Ilya's participation in the rally was the billing data, as well as a video recording in which "the accused was fixed on the roadway next to people with white-red-white symbols."
