A criminal case was opened against Nikita, but it is not known what he is charged with.

The court of first instance sentenced Lazarov to five and a half years of imprisonment in a high-security penal colony, finding him guilty under the article on the creation of an "extremist formation" or participation in it (Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code). The Supreme Court changed the sentence to five years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.

According to the prosecution, Anton Ruchan and Roman Soroka took part in a march in September 2020 near Romanovskaya Sloboda Street. Including, they protested on the roadway. Anton “as a symbol of protest” had a white-red-white flag with him: the man said that it did not belong to him, someone just let him use it for photography. Both men also pleaded guilty.
