Vladislav Ryabich, 24, has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair. He has a Group 1 disability. He comes from a large family and also has a twin brother with a disability. Local journalists often visited the family to film stories or write articles about the exemplary family and their wonderful children. Vladislav Ryabich is a multiple Olympiad participant and had a grade point average of 9.4.
On August 9, 2022,security forces burst into the house where Vladislav and his younger brother were staying. They rudely threatened the man and asked him to comment on what he had written in response to a 2020 post about Lukashenko. In his comment, Vladislav agreed with the post. If he "repented," the police would "forgive him." However, Vladislav refused to admit he was mistaken and stated that he would not change his mind. He also added that he was honored that they came to him with machine guns on August 9. He was then threatened with criminal prosecution. He refused to testify in court. His testimony was read during the investigation in August 2022 by investigator Yankovsky. He gave it in Belarusian.
He was convicted again in 2026, most likely in the Gayun case.

The blogger was detained in June. On the “repentant video”, the man admits that he was subscribed to “destructive telegram channels” and went to protests. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs clarify in the publication that they detained the blogger because he "hyped on the military conflict." They also wrote that experts will evaluate the "public statements of the tiktoker." Later, he and his wife were given 10 days of administrative arrest, but what happened to them next was not known. Later it turned out that Bondar was in pre-trial detention center No. 1.
LexMask had nearly 58,000 followers on TikTok and recorded videos in Belarusian. His account was seized by the security forces, they posted two videos with OMON fighters and unknown persons in uniform without identification marks.

During one of the peaceful meetings, they allegedly went out onto the roadway, thereby obstructing the movement of traffic and causing damage to Minsktrans. They are outside Belarus and were not present at the trial. They were put on the wanted list on December 21, 2022. At the trial, their testimony, which they gave as witnesses in another case in August 2022, was read out. Then they talked about their participation in the Marches on August 16 and 30, 2020.
The evidence in the case was photographs from Facebook of Olga Prudnikova with Marsha, testimony of witnesses who allegedly confirmed “the fact of the existence of an initial agreement with the accused to jointly participate in unsanctioned mass events in the central part of Minsk.”
