Anarchist. Detained on July 29, 2021. His apartment was searched, and during the arrest he was beaten. Demanding access to the phone and computer, the guy pulled a bag over his head. During the transfer to the pre-trial detention center, all books were taken from Yevgeny Rubashko and put on a preventive record as prone to extremism, which means making a note in a personal file, special treatment and additional work with a psychologist.
In February 2023, Yevgeny Rubashko was transferred for a month to a cell-type room in IK No. 2. Prior to that, he was placed in a ShIZO three times for 10, 7 and 7 days for far-fetched violations of internal regulations. After being kept in the PKT, Yevgeny was again placed in the ShIZO for a total of 17 days.
In Bobruisk on April 19, 2023, the court transferred the political prisoner to the prison regime .

A 20-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation was detained on May 5 in Minsk, a search was conducted in a rented apartment and placed in a KGB pre-trial detention center. The guy was charged under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (organization of actions grossly violating public order), according to which he faces up to three years in prison. In November 2021, the article was changed to 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. Transferred in June 2022 to enhanced regime for 3 years.
11 years in prison .
Andrei Lyubetsky was detained on the morning of May 4 at his home. His wife Natalya and four children had previously gone abroad. He is suspected of insult.
According to investigators, the surgeon “repeatedly publicly spoke about his decision to violate the medical oath given to him... and in every possible way interfere with the provision of medical care to police officers and members of their families, and called on his colleagues to commit similar illegal actions.” Lyubetsky is also accused of participating in at least eight protests in Minsk and writing posts on social networks that were classified as insults and inciting hatred.
On April 7, 2022, the trial of Andrei Lyubetsky began in the Minsk City Court. On April 18, judge Svetlana Cherepanova sentenced the doctor to five years in prison in a general regime colony. This is exactly the punishment that prosecutor Zhanna Baranova requested for Lyubetsky.
On May 11, 2022, he was transferred from pre-trial detention center No. 1 to Zhodino ST No. 8, and a week later to Mogilev Prison No. 4. Since mid-July 2022, Andrei served his sentence in Bobruisk colony No. 2.
On June 26, in Bobruisk, they considered the case of replacing Andrey’s detention regime with a prison one. Judge Pavel Kartinin decided to transfer the political prisoner to prison until the end of his sentence.

He has been working as a volunteer editor of the Belarusian version of the website of the International Investigative Community InformNapalm since 2014, as well as a freelance correspondent for the newspaper “Novy Chas” since 2018. He is known for his investigations into the influence of the “Russian world” on Belarus and Syria, about the scandalous development in Kurapaty, as well as about the transition of former Ukrainian Berkut officers to the security forces of Belarus.
On March 12, 2021, journalist Denis Ivashin was detained by KGB officers for interfering with police activities. The security forces conducted a search in the journalist's apartment. Also that evening, a search was carried out at Denis’s mother’s house, and on March 15 they came to search his 95-year-old grandmother.
In mid-March 2022, human rights activists also learned that the KGB was accusing Ivashin of collaborating with Ukrainian intelligence. On August 15, the trial of the journalist began behind closed doors in the Grodno Regional Court.
The wife of a political prisoner said that they had repeatedly tried to compromise Denis by transferring him to a cell with people who had a low social status behind bars. However, relatives note, Denis quickly adapts to external conditions and studies internal rules and traditions. In April 2023, it became known that the relatives of the political prisoner were allegedly threatened to stop any communication with him if they did not stop disseminating information about Denis.
At the end of June 2023, the journalist was transferred to prison regime in Zhodino. The wife of the political prisoner, Olga, noted that neither the relatives nor the lawyer knew about the regime change trial. He is now in Zhodino prison No. 8, and for the first six months he will be kept under strict regime.
In April 2024, it became known from the political prisoner’s wife, Olga, that Denis had been deprived of his transfers . She also noted that now, in order to send vitamins to a prison or colony, it is necessary to obtain special permission from the doctor of the medical unit of the institution. Previously, this rule only applied to essential medications.
13 years 1 month in prison.
In July 2023, it became known that Denis was secretly tried and transferred to a strict prison regime.
According to the materials of the investigation, on September 4, Yuri was walking with friends near the Molodezhnaya hotel. During the conversation, Kostyuk pulled the national flag that hung there. The flag has fallen. The youth has been identified. The hotel administration put forward material claims for a broken shaft in the amount of 58 rubles. On November 23, 2021, Yury was replaced with the regime of serving his sentence and sent to a colony. On January 6, 2022, he was released after the expiration of the sentence.
Detained in Russia on May 15, 2022 due to being put on the wanted list.
On 10/16/2022, Yuri was expelled from Russia. Although formally the extradition case was closed due to a search on September 26, 2022, Yura was nevertheless taken to Belarus and handed over to the Belarusian authorities.
On 05/27/2024 he was sentenced to prison until the end of his term.
1) Sentenced to 1 year in a penal labor facility. But afterwards a new hearing was held on November 23, 2021. The penalty enforcement regime was replaced, Kastsiuk was sentenced to 1 yeasr and 16 days in a medium-security prison.
2) 4 years of imprisonment in a colony.

In early August 2022, it became known that the regime of the political prisoner was changed to a prison one , Mikita was transferred from Mogilev IK No. 15 to Zhodzina Prison No. 8. The guy will serve his sentence in a maximum security prison.
Sentenced to 4,5 years in a juvenile colony.
