Vladimir was arrested in November 2021 on charges of "desecration of state symbols," and in December of that year, he was convicted of, according to the charges, "deliberately, in clear disrespect for the state symbols of the Republic of Belarus and the national flag of the Republic of Belarus, spraying motor oil from a syringe onto the national flag, thereby damaging it."
Valentina was found guilty in February 2026 of insulting a police officer — the head of the juvenile affairs inspectorate, Dmitry Lishko — while on duty, under the article "insulting a government official."
According to the investigation, on November 17, 2020, Valentina posted a message from her mobile phone to the Telegram channel "Beryozha-97," calling Lishko a "rotten and slippery individual," comparing him to a police officer, and using other expressions.
Alexandrina was convicted of “desecration of buildings and damage to property” for writing the “destructive” inscription “3%” on the Tabakerka kiosk.
Vitaly was found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting a government official" and "insulting Lukashenko" for his online comments. According to the prosecution, he insulted then-Interior Minister Yuri Karayev and made negative comments about the preliminary results of the 2020 elections.

Valentina, a nurse anesthetist at the Emergency Hospital, was found guilty in November 2021 of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them" for participating in the "Unity March" protest that took place on September 6, 2020, in Grodno.

Alexey, a pensioner and former Boeing instructor pilot, was found guilty of three criminal charges: "insulting a government official," "insulting a judge," and "slander," and sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility, as well as to pay substantial moral damages to the "victims."
According to the indictment, from October 2020 to March 2021, he posted comments on various Telegram channels aimed at publicly insulting and humiliating government officials. He used obscene language in his comments to negatively evaluate employees. He fully admitted his guilt.
Alexey quit his job because his health deteriorated after the first interrogation and he failed the medical examination.

Pavel was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the articles "training or otherwise preparing individuals to participate in mass riots, or financing such activities" and "creating or participating in an extremist group." He was placed in pretrial detention pending trial.
In May 2022, he was convicted of creating a closed Telegram chat room and sentenced to imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony.
He was released in the fall of 2025, having fully served his sentence.

In December 2022, Denis was convicted again of "insulting a government official" for a comment he left on VKontakte addressed to Vadim Denisenko, Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. According to the prosecution, the comment contained a negative and offensive assessment of the commander's personality.
In June 2023, a court hearing was held on the issue of "replacing a restriction of freedom without committing to an open correctional facility." The outcome of the hearing is unknown.
