At the trial, Lyubov apologized to her husband Sergei, since she considers herself to blame for the fact that he is now in the dock.

He was detained together with Mikalai Autukhovich under Article 289 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. All defendants were detained in December-January 2020. The authorities immediately declared Autukhovich the organizer and leader of a “terrorist group” that operated in the Grodno region and allegedly set fire to cars and houses of police officers. Depending on their role, they were charged with a total of 15 articles of the Criminal Code, and the case materials amounted to 65 volumes. The prosecution also alleged that Autukhovich was preparing terrorist attacks and collecting information about security forces at the direction of the Ukrainian special services.

20 years of imprisonment in a penal colony under enhanced regime and 700 basic fines

On March 23, 2023, Sergei was put on trial under Part 2 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, and the judge sentenced him to an additional 11 months of imprisonment.

20 years and 11 months imprisonment under strict security conditions
Anarchist. On the night of October 28-29, 2020, he was detained while crossing the border of Belarus. together with the anarchist partisan group Black Banner. Together with his comrades, he was accused of setting fire to the cars of government officials, the traffic police department and the state forensic examination committee.
In March 2024, it became known that Dmitry Rezanovich would be tried on March 26, 2024 under Art. 411 part 2 “Malicious disobedience to the requirements of the administration of a correctional institution executing a sentence of imprisonment.” Under this article, prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration are tried for fictitious violations. Dmitry had an additional 9 months of imprisonment added to his 19-year sentence.
19 years 9 months imprisonment under enhanced security conditions
Anarchist. He was detained on the night of October 28-29, 2020 while trying to cross the border of Belarus.
Dmitry was charged under Articles 289, 295 and 333-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and sentenced to 18 years in prison in a maximum security colony. On November 25, 2022, the second verdict was pronounced in court. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 339 and Part 2 of Article 218 of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to five years in prison in a maximum security colony. By partial addition of sentences, Dmitry was finally sentenced to 20 years in prison.
In August 2023, he was transferred to prison regime for “violating the rules of the order.”

As it became known in early July 2024, for a week now Igor has been not in prison in Zhodino, but in a hospital in Kolyadichi. Details are not known at this time .

9 years of imprisonment in a maximum security colony
The head of Viktor Babariko’s initiative group was detained on June 18, 2020, when he was heading to the Central Election Commission to submit the collected signatures. The arrest was made by the Department of Financial Investigations of the State Control Committee. On the same day he was placed in a KGB pre-trial detention center.
The political prisoner was imprisoned without trial for a record long time (more than 3 years). According to the charges, he assisted Sergei Tikhanovsky in organizing mass unrest and evaded paying taxes from 2012 to 2022.
Edward did not admit his guilt in full.

Since April 1, 2024, Eduard has been held in the PCT.
On July 9, in Bobruisk, Eduard was tried under Part 2 of Art. 411 of the Criminal Code (Malicious disobedience to the administration of the colony). According to Viasna , Eduard was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
10 years imprisonment in a maximum security colony
The banker, a prominent public figure and presidential candidate, was detained along with his son while on his way to the Central Election Commission to submit the collected signatures.
Victor was convicted under articles 235 and 430 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
14 years of imprisonment under enhanced security conditions
Ivan from Golshany has two higher educations. He worked as an artist-designer, then became an animator, director and video editor. Artist and short story writer.
According to the case, on October 14, 2020, Ivan posted calls on the Telegram channel to destabilize public order, including arson of the KGB building and the Oshmyany district prosecutor’s office, as well as the destruction of law enforcement property. As a result of the search, ammunition and explosives were confiscated from him.
On December 19, 2022 and March 14, 2023, he was tried for disobedience to the prison administration under Art. 411 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
It is known that after being transferred to a colony, he was placed in a punishment cell. Since October 2023, he has been held in a cell-type facility.
On May 8, 2024, in Borisov, Ivan was again tried under Part 2 of Art. 411 CC. The case was considered by judge Lyudmila Zinkevich, who added 2 years to the political prisoner for “malicious disobedience.” It is known that a lawyer is not allowed to see Ivan.
As of July 2024, the political prisoner is being held in investigative prison No. 8. Ivan has an appeal hearing scheduled for July 26.
10 years and 1 month of imprisonment under enhanced security conditions
He was detained on September 27, 2020 and convicted under Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, allegedly for causing grievous bodily harm to a police officer.
At the end of December 2021, Andrei was transferred to prison regime.
5.5 years of imprisonment under strict security conditions
He was detained on June 4, 2020. Participated in a picket to collect signatures for Tikhanovskaya. Charges have been brought under Articles 342 and 364 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
In July 2022, he was transferred to prison regime.
On July 21, 2023, Vladimir was added one more year to his term under Art. 411 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Malicious disobedience to the requirements of the colony administration).
5 years of imprisonment under strict conditions
Sergei was accused of the events of August 9-10, 2020 in Minsk, when he allegedly “threw at least one stone towards the Ministry of Internal Affairs vehicles,” was at the construction site of barricades, blocked traffic and chanted slogans. Among the evidence are telephone conversations in which Sergei Patsukevich talks about what he saw and where he was on August 9-10, video materials from the scene of events and reports of the inspection of the scene.
