28 year old Alexey Mandik was detained in November 2021. He is an employee of the fifth city polyclinic, head of the prevention department, a general practitioner.

The reason for the detention by the staff of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption is participation in Telegram channels recognized as extremist in the Republic of Belarus, where he wrote destructive and offensive comments to the employees of the Department of Internal Affairs.

Denis is a journalist and volunteer editor for the Belarusian version of InformNapalm, a freelance correspondent for Novaga Chas. In March 2021, he was detained by KGB officers on charges of "interfering with the activities of the police." Dmitry was arrested and convicted of throwing a Molotov cocktail towards military personnel on August 10, 2020. According to investigators, the bottles were transported to the center of Gomel by Leonid Kovalev, who hid them and handed them over to Dmitry and Nikita Zolotorev that evening with an offer to set fire to a building, bus or paddy wagon. Dmitry partially admitted his guilt, explaining that he threw the cocktail in order to buy time and avoid detention.

Nikita was arrested for spraying gas in the face of a riot police officer while he was trying to protect a person at a protest. Nikita did not appear in court, relaying through a friend that arbitrary detentions were planned in the courtroom, threatening him and others.

Since May 13, 2025, there has been no information about the political prisoner. Correspondence and parcels to him are prohibited. There is also no information about Nikita's case and the court date. In addition, it is reported that the investigator in the political prisoner's case is prohibited from informing Nikita's relatives and friends about the status and progress of the case.

Viktor was arrested on January 4, 2020, as part of the "Avtukhovich case" and accused of participating in a "terrorist organization" involved in arson attacks on police property. He was convicted of "participating in a criminal organization," "attempted seizure of power," "illegal actions involving firearms," and "illegal movement of firearms across the customs border."

In 2024, Viktor was convicted again for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the prison administration." From February 2025, he was held in a cell-type facility (PKT), and in May of that year, a new sentence was announced under the same article, often used against prisoners for refusing to cooperate with the administration. As a result, his total prison term was 22 years and 6 months.
