Alexandra was detained in February 2023 upon her return to Belarus and sentenced the next day under an administrative article for "dissemination of extremist materials" to 10 days. However, after serving her arrest, she was never released, as a criminal case was opened against her for two interviews with an information resource recognized as an "extremist group."

She was accused of assisting “extremist groups,” administering Telegram channels, inciting hatred, insulting the authorities, disseminating personal data, and slandering Lukashenko, and was convicted under eight criminal articles.

In March 2024, the court heard the appeal and reduced her sentence by one year, without the right to further appeal.

In May 2024, it became known that she was convicted again for “insulting a government official and a judge.”

In the spring of 2025, information appeared that another criminal case had been opened against Alexandra, and she was transferred to a pre-trial detention center.

The man was convicted for leaving publications in his ok.ru profile that contained humiliating information about Lukashenko. According to the prosecution, their goal was to publicly damage the authority of the state authorities and spread knowingly false information that humiliates Lukashenko.

For several months he was in the pre-trial detention center of the State Security Committee, then in the pre-trial detention center № 1 in Minsk, later he was transferred to the pre-trial detention center in Grodno.

Nikolay is a former customs officer, an activist of the Belarusian Social Democratic Party «Gramada». He is accused of helping those who wanted to illegally cross the Belarusian-Lithuanian border for money, as well as creating an extremist formation or participating in it.

The man worked as a therapist in the emergency room of the city hospital of Lida. According to preliminary information, he was detained for likes and comments of materials against the current government of the Republic of Belarus.

Soon it became known that Andrei Krasnik was going to be tried again: on April 17, 2023, a hearing on the case against the political prisoner under Part 2 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code (Violence or threat against an official) and Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate the order, or active participation in them). A judge has been appointed to consider the case Vladimir Fedorovich.

The reason for the initiation of a criminal case against the trade union leader, according to the state prosecutor, was his conversation with a journalist of the Belsat TV channel, during which he "gave her some information."

Andrei's phone was tapped, and the conversations were recorded by the special services. After his dismissal from the factory, a criminal case was initiated against him.

He is accused of facilitating extremist activities and discrediting the Republic of Belarus. Earlier, the primary organization of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union of Employees of JSC «Grodno Azot» was recognized as extremist. The Grodno Regional Court decided to ban the activities of the organization and its liquidation.

He was taken into custody in the courtroom, before that he was on his own recognizance not to leave.

In 2020, he was a member of the «Lida 97%» chat, where he actively wrote messages. He also wrote about his actions in the «Peramoga» plan - he said this in the video of the telegram channel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to the security forces, he called for strikes, protests, as well as sabotage on the railway.

In the telegram channels supporting the current government of the Republic of Belarus, news was published that criminal cases had been initiated against Dmitry for deliberately disabling communication routes and organizing group actions that grossly violate public order.

Arthur is from Pinsk. He studied at the Slonim Medical College, graduated with honors and upon graduation was assigned to Grodno. He entered the Grodno State Medical University, in addition to this he worked as a paramedic for a visiting team in an ambulance.

According to pro-government telegram channels, he was detained for registering in the Peramoga plan, and also participated in “unauthorized mass events.”

On August 17, 2023, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

At the beginning of January 2023, in one of the pro-government telegram channels, a video appeared with the detention of Sergei by GUBOP and AMON officers, who allegedly administered courtyard chats, including “Grodno Center 97%”; participated in protest rallies and called on others to participate in them, as well as to use violence against police officers, literally, “burn paddy wagons.”

Pavel was detained for comments on the Internet.

The prosecution requested 1.5 years of freedom restriction with referral to an open-type correctional facility for insulting one victim of a security officer, and 2 years of imprisonment in a penal colony of general regime for commenting on another security officer.

He was found guilty that in November 2020 and March 2021, he sent information about his former leader to the telegram bots of channels recognized by extremist groups in the Republic of Belarus. Subsequently, it was placed resources through which illegal activities were carried out as part of extremist formations. Also, according to the prosecution, the posting of information received from Borzenko entailed other grave consequences.

He was also found guilty of purchasing and storing firearms ammunition.

Sergei was detained on September 30, 2021, initially for a comment he made following the deaths of State Security Committee (KGB) officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. He was summoned to the military registration and enlistment office, where security forces were already waiting. His home was later searched in his absence.

In early September 2022, it became known that the State Security Committee had added Sergei to the "list of persons involved in terrorist activity." In November of that year, he was sentenced to imprisonment in a maximum-security penal colony.

At the trial, he did not admit guilt under the Art. 342 and Art. 364.
