Judge, one of the top ten judges in terms of the number of politically motivated sentences passed. Since 2020, she has imposed fines totaling 62,492 rubles and administrative arrests for 1,841 days. Among those convicted were members of the Chain of Solidarity, as well as people who took part in protests against integration, including journalist Olga Bykovskaya, social activist Irina Sukhiy and artist Nadezhda Sayapina. The practice of a judge handing down many politically motivated sentences raises questions regarding compliance with national and international standards. In such cases, doubts arise about the independence of the judicial system, the principles of a fair trial, as well as respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens, including freedom of expression and peaceful assembly. Politically motivated verdicts and judicial misconduct have serious negative consequences for society. They help maintain Lukashenko’s criminal regime and undermine citizens’ trust in the judicial system. In addition, supporting military aggression against Ukraine is a violation of international norms and interferes with the achievement of peaceful solutions to conflicts. Thus, the activities of this judge raise serious concerns and require attention from society and the international community to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as compliance with the principles of fair trial and international standards.

On August 10, 2020, during the protests, Alexey was driving in his car in Minsk in the area «Belaya Vezha». At the intersection, the man saw members of the special purpose police squad, who, looking for protesters, began to brutally detain car drivers: shoot and break windows in cars. Alexey, not expecting his detention, drove forward, where traffic police officers were just passing. Not noticing the official car, Alexey moved into its row. At the time of the maneuver, the traffic police car had already stopped, and the man went on about his business. In this action, the court saw interference in the activities of an employee of the internal affairs body (Article 365 of the Criminal Code).
At the same time and in the same place, there was allegedly a traffic police officer Mosenza, who testified at the end of December 2022, allegedly Alexey wanted to shoot him down then. For this, the man was charged with Article 364 of the Criminal Code and taken into custody.
Alexey has three children, one of them is a minor daughter of 5 years old.
Artem was found guilty, according to the indictment, of entering the roadway on the night of August 9-10, 2020, during an unauthorized mass event in Minsk, blocking traffic, shouting slogans, and disobeying the lawful orders of the authorities.
Furthermore, on January 1, 2022, while intoxicated in a public place, he unprovoked violence against another man. Artem was sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral.
In October 2023, a hearing on the case of strengthening the regime took place; the reasons and outcome of the hearing are unknown.
Dmitry was convicted in August 2022 of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them," for participating in peaceful protests that took place in Minsk in 2020. Dmitry was captured on video by a journalist at the protests in the first days after the elections.
In May 2023, it became known that Dmitry was detained in a correctional facility and tried under an administrative article for "dissemination of extremist materials," and sentenced to administrative arrest, which he served in the Gomel temporary detention facility.
In July of that year, a court hearing was held to discuss the issue of replacing the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a penal colony; the outcome of the hearing is unknown.
Dmitry was arrested and convicted for blocking the road with a utility vehicle during a protest that took place in Minsk from August 10 to 11, 2020.

Elena, a mother of many children, was detained in the spring of 2024. She was initially convicted in an administrative case for “disobeying a lawful order or demand of an official,” but later a criminal case was opened, in which she was convicted of “participating in group actions that grossly violate public order.”
She was released in November 2024 as part of a pardon.

In the Sovietsky District Court of Minsk on November 22 and 26, 2024, Judge Elena Zhukovich made a decision "On replacing the restriction of freedom without sending to an open-type correctional facility."
According to the prosecution, in August 2020, Vadim Petrovsky, "acting jointly and in concert with a group of individuals with other individuals not identified during the investigation, took an active part in the aforementioned group actions, grossly violating public order and involving clear disobedience to the demands of the police officers to stop the above-mentioned actions..."
At the trial, Vadim Petrovsky admitted his guilt.
The verdict revealed that the evidence of the man's guilt was photos and videos from his phones, seized during the search. The phone's memory contained 15 videos and four photos from the protest in August 2020.
Also, photographs from the protest were found in the Viber correspondence on Petrovsky’s phone.
Before the trial, Petrovsky was in custody.
