About a week after the journalist's arrest, a video fragment from his interrogation appeared on pro-government Telegram channels, along with information about the reason for Gontarevich's arrest: he allegedly photographed Russian military equipment and sent the images to media outlets deemed extremist by the Belarusian authorities.

In total, the victims estimated their moral suffering at 5,000 rubles - while the accused has a pension of 500 rubles. The woman in the last word said that imprisonment would be a "death sentence" for her, but judge Andrei Tolochko sentenced her to 2.5 years in prison.

In early March, Elena was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison. Because she had already served over four years behind bars, the court counted this time toward her sentence, so she was released during the trial.

Vasily was found guilty in a criminal case brought for insulting Lukashenko. According to the charges, on June 10, 2021, Vasily went to a store to buy alcohol, but was refused. He then went to a bar, where he bought a beer but refused to pay. Following the ensuing conflict, he began to vocally rant and rave, criticizing the bar staff, the government, and Lukashenko.

Anton was found guilty in October 2021 of insulting a government official. The charges stemmed from a comment he left under a post on the social media account of political prisoner Pyotr Zinevich, referring to the acting commander of the Minsk OMON unit, Warrant Officer Yevgeny Savich.

Anton had approximately eight months of house arrest remaining. However, due to alleged violations of the terms of his sentence, on April 11, 2023, his sentence was increased and he was sentenced to four months in a penal colony. He was remanded in custody after the trial.

He was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Andrei, the head of the Kromverk board game club and one of the organizers of the Unicon board game festival, was arrested in September 2021 as the administrator of a Telegram channel and convicted of an administrative offense. He was not released after this, but was transferred to a pretrial detention center on criminal charges of "insulting Lukashenko" and "insulting a government official."

In December 2021, Andrei was found guilty and sentenced to restricted freedom in an open correctional facility. After the verdict was announced, he was released from custody in the courtroom, but later that evening he was arrested again on a new charge of "insulting a government official" for online comments about Karpenkov, Kachanova, and others.

In March 2022, Andrei was again found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

According to human rights activists, he was released in February 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Sergei was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them."

In January 2022, he was convicted of participating in a gang fight during a post-election protest that took place in Minsk from August 9 to 10, 2020, and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the spring of 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Olga was arrested in December 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "financing group actions that grossly violate public order."

According to the investigation, from August 13 to December 19, 2020, Olga, along with other individuals, allegedly financed participants in unauthorized mass events by paying fines, legal fees, state fees, and providing other financial assistance.

In July 2022, Olga was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

She was released in July 2023, having fully served her sentence.
