On January 8, 2024, Alexei was detained again and sentenced to 15 days of arrest. On January 23, 2024, he was detained again and given another 15 days for participation in an “extremist formation.” On February 13, 2024, Alexey was tried for violating foreign aid laws. Doctors declared the need for his hospitalization, but only after 30 days of arrest.

Alexander was convicted of allegedly hitting a traffic police officer in Zhlobin.
On the night of August 10-11, Alexander was planning to go on a flight again, but before leaving he agreed to give his acquaintances a lift to the city center. They didn’t make it to the center because they got stuck in a traffic jam on one of the streets. The police walked along the cars and pulled people out. Alexander’s detention was dramatic: Deputy Head of the Zhlobinsky District Department of Internal Affairs Dmitry Dedyun hung on the window of his car when Alexander tried to leave, and when the car picked up speed, he fell.

4 years imprisonment in a general regime colony
Ilya was convicted of allegedly hitting a riot police officer in the face. On October 17, students marched to protest the violence following a fraudulent election. On this day, dozens of people were detained, including BNTU students. Ilya tried to run away from the riot police, but fell and hit his elbow. The riot police officer said that the student hit him in the face with his knee during the arrest. “It was unintentional. I was running away, perhaps I just accidentally touched you. I didn’t feel it. I just ran away and fell,” Ilya said when he was forced to comment on “his act” on the video.
According to human rights activists, he will have fully served his sentence in the fall of 2022.
