Yulia Cheslavovna Gustyr is involved in politically motivated repressions in the Republic of Belarus. Gustyr is responsible for handing down numerous politically motivated sentences against journalists, opposition leaders, activists and protesters as a judge at the Central District Court of Minsk. In judicial practice, Yulia Cheslavovna Gustyr considered not only administrative cases, but also criminal ones. As a result of her decisions, fines were issued for a total of no less than 38,975 rubles and administrative arrests for a total of no less than 607 days, and representatives of civil society of the Republic of Belarus were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment. In 2020, Gustyr sentenced Sergei Shabanov to 15 days, whose entire guilt was that on the morning of October 30, near the Minsk Arena, where A. Lukashenko’s motorcade was passing at that time, Sergei showed the “Victory” sign to the cars with his fingers honking in a traffic jam. In August 2020, she awarded 10 days to the “DJ of change” Vladislav Sokolovsky just for the song of Viktor Tsoi, which he and his colleague played at a state event in Kievsky Square in Minsk. In 2020, Yulia Gustyr made a decision to extend presidential candidate Viktor Babaryka’s detention period. For her crimes she was included in the sanctions lists of the EU, UK, USA and Canada. Thus, Yulia Cheslavovna Gustyr is responsible for human rights violations and undermining the rule of law, as well as for promoting repression against representatives of civil society and the democratic opposition. Her work within the judiciary was focused on maintaining the position of the existing government, rather than on upholding the law. Gustyr's actions contributed to human rights violations, strengthening the power of Alexander Lukashenko and increasing politically motivated repression in the Republic of Belarus.

According to the investigation, on October 12, 2020, at about 21:00, Zaikovsky, in a state of alcoholic intoxication on Dzerzhinsky Avenue with other unidentified persons, resisted police officers, threatened them with violence, and threw a beer glass towards the police bus.
He did not admit his guilt.

Vadim was detained as part of a criminal case initiated over the events that took place from August 9 to 10, 2020 in Minsk, and convicted of participating in a protest, as well as for allegedly intentionally threatening traffic police officers and damaging their car.

Artem was detained and convicted in a criminal case opened over the events of July 14, 2020, in Minsk, when people took to the streets to protest the Central Election Commission's decision not to register Viktor Babariko and Valery Tsepkalo as presidential candidates.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

He was detained and convicted for resisting a soldier during the "March of Heroes" held in Minsk on September 13, 2020.
In his final statement, Artem asked not to deprive him of his freedom, but to allow him to do what he loves – architecture. He participated in international competitions and has a certificate from the Minister of Information for his design of the Belteleradiocompany building. The injured soldier from military unit 3214, Maxim Chernyakov, also asked the court not to send the architect to the colony.
