On February 24, the Ministry of Internal Affairs designated Beseda Forvatera as an extremist group. Dmitry Zuev and 19-year-old Vladislav Butvenkov were mentioned in connection with this group.
Remarkably, police have already identified a third "extremist group" surrounding Butvenkov. Previously, he was believed to be involved with the esoteric project Sandӓr, which published memes of dubious nature, as well as the Mogilev knights' club "Borisfen."
Most likely, Butvenkov was arrested in November 2025.
